How to play

In Mayor Simulator the city's affairs land on your desk, and everything after that depends on how you handle the money. You build houses and districts, upgrade existing buildings and keep the economy from sliding.

The mayor of the neighboring city chimes in with advice. It's especially handy early on, while you're still working out what's worth building and what's better upgraded.

The golden rule of economic strategy applies here too: don't spend everything at once. A building that earns money should come first and get upgraded before anything that only looks nice.

Controls

Computer: pick plots and buildings with the mouse.
Phone: do the same with taps.
The strategy is designed for both smartphones and PCs, and works in either screen orientation.

Features

  • Build houses and whole districts

  • Advice from the neighboring city's mayor
  • A simple strategy you can pick up quickly

FAQ

Where should I start?

Follow the neighboring mayor's advice and invest first in whatever keeps the economy going. Upgrades pay off better once your budget is stable.

Is it a complicated strategy?

No, it's meant to be simple enough for anyone, though you'll still need to watch the economy and macroeconomics.
