The sports section is small: two basket-shooting games and a boxing ring. Hit the Basket! is about landing the ball in the hoop to advance through each level. Project Ball turns that into a team contest, red versus green, with proper physics — balls have weight and a flight path, and the strength of your mouse flick or swipe affects every throw, so rushing doesn't always pay.

PunchBox 3D is arcade boxing with a career path: step into the ring, beat your opponents and, between fights, raise your boxer's strength, speed, stamina and defence on the road to a world title. Worth a look if you like quick matches, a clear score and upgrades you can actually feel.
