About the game
Compass is a new project with unusual gameplay. Everyone remembers the familiar games of the "Ricochet" genre. They were designed in 2D with rectangular levels. What if the level were not rectangular but round? In the game you will find:
- Unusual gameplay
- Good graphics
- Intuitive controls
Try the game in unfamiliar conditions and, of course, recommend it to your friends. Good luck!

How to play
Compass takes the familiar Ricochet formula and moves it onto a round field. There are no straight walls or corners to lean on: the edge of the level is a circle, so bounces don't behave the way you're used to.
Your first job is to relearn where things go after they hit the wall. Off a curved edge, the rebound angle depends on exactly where the contact happens, and paths start to curl quickly. Take it slow and watch a couple of bounces before you commit.
If an attempt goes wrong, don't abandon the level right away. Usually it comes down to the impact point on the edge — shift it just a little and the whole pattern of ricochets changes.
Controls
The controls are intuitive: use the mouse on a computer or tap the screen on a phone. The game works with the phone held either upright or sideways.
Features
- Ricochet gameplay on a round level instead of a rectangular one

FAQ
How is Compass different from a regular Ricochet game?
The shape of the field: the level is round, so rebounds off the wall come out at angles you don't expect.
Why does the path change so much between attempts?
Every point on a circular edge faces a slightly different direction, so even a tiny shift in where you hit it changes the bounce.
Do I need to download anything?
No, it runs right in your browser on both computers and phones.
